Has anyone had to return a faulty item to Play.com

Just wondering what the procedure is and if they are helpful? bought daughter a breo roam watch for Christmas, she has worn it since January (just over 3 months) and the rubber strap has split - as its like a bracelet and the watch face is inset into this strap it cannot now be worn. These watches were on the Gadget show last year! I think is should last longer than 3months. Cost £9.99
Also I got one of these as well mine arriving after hers and the battery has gone already, instructions say approx 12-18 months.
Would you get in touch with Play.com or would you think we will have to
lump it? Thanks

I have returned things in the past to them because they havent worked, or broken after 2 months, just email them and see what they say.

I couldn`t find an e`mail address only a phone number so have just rung them, they have sent me 2 returns numbers and asked if I wanted replacements or refunds! they are packaged here to go back later and hopefully 2 new ones will be with me in a week or so.
Was easier than I thought it would be.0
