Before you go "gung ho" - and hope to get some meaty discounts off your orders have you read the terms and conditions on the Litlewoods online web site, particularly 2.3 and I quote " Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer against your order, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that the code has been issued TO YOU PERSONALLY, that you comply with all the terms of the offer and qualify for the code, In the event that the code has not been ISSUED TO YOU for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, we shall have the right to RECLAIM THE VALUE OF ANY DISCOUNT FROM YOU and the price of the order will be adjusted notwithstanding the provisions of clause 2.2 above.

Clause 2.2 refers to the e mail sent to you after you have ordered (2) pointing out they do not constitue agreement to sell you the goods at the price shown.

Seems Littlewoods MAY adjust your account to show the correct on-line price if you have quoted a code which you have not received directly and are not entitled to ie, the codes given out in this forum - Beware !!

If they do they will receive the goods back, they should confirm whether a voucher is valid for you to use when you order not at a later date.

i agree with flo flo , how can they confirm that we didnt recieve the codes !!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i think its highly unlikely anyway that they will bother and if they do , then back the items will go , as it works both ways , imho.

They seem to be showing for me, but then again I posted them so maybe only I can see them, I dont know.

As for PM'ing them, isnt that against the rules as well.?? I don't want to be banned from the boards for breaking any rules

I don't think the codes apply to those paying by card only account holders, new or existing. Try putting the item in the basket using the 20 weeks option and try then. You can always then pay later on the card if you want.

Yes, you're right.
I just received a reply email from their Customer support,
they said that the code (i used) is only for first buyer with credit accounts.
So i assume that all vouchers are actually only for people with credit accounts,
not for direct payers.
Funnily they do not seems bother to inform one about it.
I would advice people with doubt, to contact their support desk.

Going to cancel my order now^^;
