I have tried everything but every time I put in any of the codes I get:

"Invalid code"

or

"Not valid on credit card orders"

either tthe codes have been " closed " or you are trying to pay on a debit /credit card , you need to open an account with them , just click on pay 20 weeks ect , then checkout an fill in all the relevant info and they should go though , dont think it works on debit.credit

Yup - need to do 20 weeks and first order only, so not valid for current customers. I tried
