I signed up for jobseekers on 19th March. Approximately a week later I was contacted by letter aking me to send confirmation that I had left university, I promptly did this. However, I haven't received any payment yet and was wondering if this was the norm. How long should it take for me to recieve my first payment?

Have you rang to check that they received your information?

You should give them a ring to see if they recieved the confirmation letter.
