I had to, but the school were very understanding about it and have told me I'm wanted back them moment I'm discharged....which is precisely why I'm going to pretend I've got a 20yr BRU for fraud.0

Hi, the restrictions on being a school govenor whilst BR have been removed. Ill try to find the updated info somewhere. Still cant be trustee of a charity though.

From Myvester uk, not the best resource, but cant find anything else !........
An undischarged bankrupt is no longer disqualified from holding office, or continuing to hold office, as a school governor. Only those subject to a BRO will be disqualified from holding office as a school governor.
