It has taken me aaaages to save enough points for a voucher, specifically a Boots voucher which I save for Christmas and the 3 for 2 offer....... after trying to order one for a few weeks I emailed them and just got this reply -

Hi there,

Thank you for your email. We regularly review our rewards catalogue, add and remove items and we do this in order to keep the catalogue fresh for members. Unfortunately we will not be stocking Boots vouchers on the Rewards page for the time being.

Sorry for any disappointment caused.

So, no more Boots vouchers. And it will take me at least a year, maybe two, to save enough PPs for another voucher..... I really can't be bothered.

This happened a few months ago and we were emailing them .... and everyone was getting told a different story. One person was told they were no longer doing Boots Vouchers, I was told they hoped to get them back shortly. It seemed to depend on which "professional" answered your email. Anyway, they did come back in stock about 3 weeks' later, so you may wish to wait a little longer. I wouldn't believe what they say in their emails.

Maybe we should all email them again, asking when they'll be back in stock - that way they'll know lots of us want Boots Vouchers.

Having seen all the comments about missing vouchers and silly piggy not getting a proof of postage after I had ordered two vouchers, I was really worried that they would not arrive. Just to say that I was plesantly surprised when they turned up on Saturday

missing vouchers are normally in batches .. the one my nephew missing seems about the first week in april as this is when others have said they ordered not just boots vouchers but other vouchers as well, but i still think they have to look at a better way of sending to make sure we get them or that they can trace them when they get lost in the mail
