you know, the last 'earned' voucher I had was last november (took me about 4/5 months to get) and was for CDwow, but then they changed things so I had to wait until Febuaray this year to get the extra 2.50 worth of points to get a HMV voucher!
Since then, I've only had vouchers from winning a comp which I'm not complaining about winning). I've earned about 1.15 in points since then....3 months for a £:rolleyes:

Just to check I have read your post right:
- I send for a voucher (1000 points PLUS 150 points=£1.50 for the P+P)
- Pigsback post it off (second class stamp, no proof of posting)
- it does not arrive (despite checking with Royalmail etc)
- Pigsback say HARD LUCK.
Is that what happened?

If so that is dreadful, and frankly I am shocked that Pigsback slip this in 'under the radar'. I mean, how do you know it was ever posted?
