Its a shame he hasn't got his - did the reply come from Rachel or someone else...not to sure if there is anything else he can do (which annoys me when it comes to Pigsback as they seem to have multiple ways of getting out of things)

I take it they've added the 8th T& C recently but its shame he can't prove it wasn't there when he ordered (I also don't think it makes sense but thats just me)
