My young relative who i recommended a few years back won a competition a few months back he applied for a boots voucher end of march it never turned up and email after email about this and this is todays email they sent .. hope your all ready for this one..

    Hi there,

Thanks for your email. The only conclusion we can reach is that your order must
have gotten lost in the post. Pigsback now operate a 'no-resend' policy and
although we do not hold a proof of posting for your exact order (only for
Recorded Mail), I can assure you your order was dispatched on as order
dispatchments are logged and checked daily by our staff here and our stock
numbers reflect on the numbers we have against the rewards ordered on our
    website.

As a goodwill gesture, I will credit your account with 100 PiggyPoints to kick
start your piggybank balance again. I hope you understand that Pigsback can no
longer swallow the costs of Royal Mails mistakes as it is of such high value and
Pigsback would not like to have to increase the cost of Rewards to their members
to subsidise this either. Thank you for your understanding
    .

to me if they going to take an extra 150 points for a voucher they have to send them a safer way for us all to receive them as it takes forever to get points for vouchers .. we have just to take there word for it that its been sent!!!!

What??? Thats shocking...especially since my Boots vouchers haven't turned up yet!!!

Plus surely they should be able to claim from royal Mail for lost vouchers - is it not up to £39 woth proof of postage???

Ok it would cost them £1.14 to send it recorded...surely with the extra 150 points they could cover this??

he's emailed them and said that he appreciates that they shouldnt have to cover royal mails mistakes but then its up to them to use a more secure way of sending out vouchers.. he also stated that although he not doubting her word but he only got her word that they were sent out as he doesnt know there system or how it works.. this could be the final nail in the coffin if vouchers going astray and nothing done about it..
