    Yes I can understand it's a diffciult time financially for everyone but pretending they've given us more points is just taking the mick and really doing them no favours in the eyes of their users, as the posts here show.

    Oh, I agree about the way they put their changes to the consumer. Such is the corporate way, and not just with the pig. Sad but true.

    Never admit anything negative. Always make forced changes look as if they're "improvements" you thought of. And so on.

    If they'd multiplied the points needed to get a reward by 3, for a £10 voucher it should be 3210. It is now 3450 which is x3 and + 240.

    So basically they've moved the goalposts further away.

    But vouchers were 1150 except for Amazon which were 1050. And they're now 3450 and 3150 which is 3 times the original amounts.
