It is one of those (unfortunate) throwaways. Did that when I fell pregnant last time as us women should and not touched a drop since. Drink far too much tea tho....
Slightly off the point I know, but vices do need cut back a little or almost all together. Thank goodness I dont have addictive vices, not even chocolate or retail therapy. Cutting back on smoking is something I came across when I was younger. Hid my dad's tobacco. He became so mad, demon-like. I will expect that from my partner when as I have been on at him for months to cut back especially since his health problems.0 -
Hi Cazzie, why not pop over to the DFW board, lots of help and advice there. Also help with making things stretch further on the old style board.
Have you considered using washable nappies?
Would you consider doing a statement of affairs and posting that on DFW? We may all be able to help find ways to shave down your outgoings so that you can make some headway with the rent arrears.
Im in Wilts too, shout if you need any help or advice

Cleosmum, thanks. Will check out the board tomorrow evening (taking kids to see grand parents tomorrow all being well) or the weekend and will probably do a statement of affairs for members to pull about and give me helpful advice. Would be interesting to know what can help.
Thanks again :-)0 -
Just wanted to say good luck and do look at the debt free board. Also when you have more time definitily look into the bank charges. Halifax have about the highest charges going. I claimed on behalf of my sister in law and she got back about £8000 . I know cases are stayed at the minute but if you put in a claim and are in financial hardship I believe you can possibly getsome of the money back now. There are loads of template letters on here and its pretty straightforward but do have a look at the board and if you want any help just ask.0
