Hi there
Can someone let me know why vendors like holiday firms are able to levy an additional charge when I purchase a product with my credit cards?

Any vendors are able to do this. Why shouldn't be they able if CC companies charge them extra if compared to debit card payments? With a CC you have extra protection and other privileges. I think it would be fine if majority of retailers offer you an opportunity to get a discount for paying by a debit card instead of a credit card.thomasdn wrote:Can someone let me know why vendors like holiday firms are able to levy an additional charge when I purchase a product with my credit cards?0
