In credit... on my credit card...

I paid up my credit card bill, but my montly direct debt still when through making me £10 in credit. Will it be okay to withdrawl this from an ATM as cash? or will I get some silly APR applied??

Thx

Don't do this. I am not sure about APR, but you will definitely be charged a lot for this. Just spend this amount on purchases.

I think for a small amount like that it's easier to just spend it as they will still charge for withdrawing cash.

I was just about to post a similar question, but I have a balance in my favour of £2k on my Barclaycard. I want to get that money - is the only option cancelling the card?

Thanks grumbler... I thought as much!!!

Gaffee.. i'm sure if you contact them they will transfer to a different account (I have a BT where they over paid and just transfered it to a normal account).

No. Phone them and ask to send you a cheque or to transfer the money to your current account, although there is a chance that they refuse and insist in transferring £2K back to the account it came from.

Thanks! My clever plan initially was to add the 2 grand into my Paypal account and then transfer it to my bank account, but they're one step ahead of me and don't allow that.
