Talk Talk Go live date When?

Hi I recently signed up to talk talk on their offer for home phone and broadband from Toucan/Pipex.

I having problems with the setup as they keep saying the 'Go live' date will be soon, then they put it back.

When I ring the customer services they tell me on my account there is an activation date with 2010 on it! I obviously cant wait that long and im sure something has gone wrong but no one is willing to fix it!

Has anyone else had any issues at the start once they have signed up and is there anything I can do, apart from constantly ring the 0870 number!?

Would the Talk talk representative be able to help?

thanks

go to taktalks home page, go to members section where you will find a forum,
post a new post (they operate a seperate post per problem/customer) in the customer service and billing board. You will find them really helpful, so much better then than the telephone call centers and they actually have the power to sort out any problems you have.

I have recently moved to talktalk and everything has gone so well, my speed has doubled from that which I was receiving with BT (which is pretty good considering the distance I am from the exchange) and got the deal where only paid line rental for 1yr got calls and broadband free for 12mths. Anyway the talktalk forums are great- they will tell you whats what
