I obviously missed all the angst last night, but glad to see Bookie is ok.

Tried to run this morning but my legs had other ideas! Still, there's always tomorrow.

aww thanks that one is a few weeks old. But, a friend of mine who is a professional magazine photographer came round the other day. She took some photos of lily and had shoved the CD in the post. Hope it comes today I can't wait

I think I have the wrong attitude.
At the end of each day I berate myself for what I haven't done. I need to concentrate on what I have achieved.
I also need to set smaller targets. My 'to do' list is always huge and unattainable. I need to break tasks down. eg - instead of saying 'clean house' I need to say 'clean lounge' and do the whole place over a few evenings instead of letting it build up into a mammoth task. And apply that principle to everything.

Does that make sense?

Glad to see you're ok, bookie. You panicked us all a bit last night.

Grey, cloudy day at this end too. I'm heading into town with my boyfriend later, we're going to head around some shops (I've got a list of jobs to get done, must write them down), maybe go to a cafe for lunch and then have a walk on the beach. If we can see it, that is. It's been thick fog down there for about 4 days now.

My wages from last week are in the bank! :j And I think the matched betting money is on the way, since my available balance is higher than could be accounted for from the transactions I can see so that should show up today or tomorrow, I hope.

I've just done my daily scratch, 10p again. I'm at £8.90 now, almost at payout. Let's hope I get some more soon.

I'd better go get some breakie and then ring James about town. I'll talk to you soon.

perfect sense bookie, I like making long lists, I put loads of mini tasks on there, instead of saying clean the kitchen, I put, empty dishwasher, clean down surfaces, clean cupoard doors, clean fridge door, clean inside fridge etc etc. The whole job only takes an hour or so and I tick off a massive amount, makes me feel as if I have done something even when in reality I haven't done much.
