That is 28.4% worse than avg. other reports from ntl.com

Your upload speed : 459 kbps or 57.3 KB/sec.
That is 43.8% better than avg. other reports from ntl.com

my results ive just done
are these what you should accept frpm 10mb

What programe did you use generate that reporrt.

I am on the 10mb also and get download 9800 kbps or 1225 KB/sec

Upload 470 kbps or 58.75

looks like you have the equivalent to about 3mb

1MB Line gives me this:-

Downstream 961 Kbps (120.1 KB/sec) 1037 Kbps (inc. overheads)
Upstream 121 Kbps (15.1 KB/sec) 130 Kbps (inc. overheads)

NTL has been all over the place this week. Lots of maintenance and outages can affect the speed.
