Ebay buyers getting worse - what to do in this case?

Did they reply through the unpaid dispute console if they reply through th dispute then they can leave a negative. If they havent replied through the console by the 8th day you can give them a strike close the unpaid dispute and they cant leave a negative as if they do ebay will remove it.0

They didn't reply through the console - they did the "ask seller a question". I haven't replied I am just waiting until I can strike them. I'm glad ebay will remove the negative I have got 700 plus feedback 100% positive. I know a negative is going to happen one day the way ebay is getting but I want to try and avoid it.0
