1. The Doritos Dodgeball On-pack promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years+, excluding employees and their immediate families of Walkers Snacks Limited (the “Promoter”), its affiliated companies, Virgin Group companies , Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino their agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. By taking part in this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. In Northern Ireland only no purchase is necessary - for the same chance of winning, send your name and address to ‘Dodgeball’, PO Box 25, Melton Mowbray, LE13 1ZG. Only one entry per stamped envelope. No bulk or third party entries accepted. Winners only will be notified within one week of the daily draw they were entered into.
4. Purchase necessary. 7. Winners only will be notified, by phone and in writing, within one week of the daily draw they entered into. 8. Prize details are as follows; 32 x trips to Las Vegas for 2 people travelling together, both of whom must be over 18 years old. Prize includes return economy flights for the named prize winner with Virgin Atlantic from London (Gatwick) to Las Vegas (McCarren), Four (4) nights accommodation at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino (luxury accommodation, double occupancy) and Limousine transportation between McCarren airport and Planet Hollywood will be provided and spending money of £250 per pair (or Euro equivalent at time of award) towards transfers and food and drink. Transport between home and the departure airport is the responsibility of the prize winners. Passports and travel insurance are the responsibility of the prize winners. It is now a requirement that all travellers to the United States who are travelling under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) apply online for advance authorisation. It is the prize winners’ responsibility to login to the website https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov and register at least 72 hours prior to travel. Passengers without an esta authorisation, visa or residency card to enter the US will not be allowed to travel and no alternative prize will be offered.
9. Each prize winner will be responsible for contacting Virgin Atlantic directly in order to make flight reservations and Planet Hollywood directly in order to reserve accommodation. All flights and accommodation are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion in addition to the terms and conditions of the providers of flights and accommodation.
10. All flights must be booked through Virgin Atlantic by emailing [EMAIL="Sales.tkt&#64;fly.virgin.com"]Sales.tkt@fly.virgin.com[/EMAIL]. Flights are subject to availability and must be taken between 1 July 2009 & 31 March 2010 inclusive (excluding Saturday travel). Flights must be booked by 1st December 2009. Any flights not booked by this date and taken by 31st March 2010 will be forfeited. Actual dates of travel will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Availability for use of Prize Tickets is limited for each flight. Some flights may already be booked and consequently have no seats available. The prize winner must travel on the same flight and on the same date as their companion. If the prize winner wishes to travel alone, the companion ticket will be forfeited. The Prize Tickets are only valid for the VS 043/44 operated by Virgin Atlantic and are non-transferable to any other airline, including any of Virgin Atlantic's codeshare partners and have no cash value. Prize Tickets are valid for flights originating from the UK only. No Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles will be awarded for travel under this competition. Availability for use of Prize Tickets is limited for each flight. 11. Prize winners will be supplied with a Planet Hollywood accommodation voucher on receipt of their prize. Winners will be required to follow the instructions on the voucher to book their accommodation direct with Planet Hollywood. Accommodation must be booked at least fourteen (14) days prior to departure. Accommodation is subject to availability and blackout dates. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner & Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Planet Hollywood will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates.
12. In the event that Virgin Atlantic is unable to offer the flights, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute to a different airline carrier. In this event the Promoter will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative. Once the booking has been confirmed, amendments cannot be made. Passports, Visas and travel insurance are the responsibility of the prize winner. Walkers cannot accept responsibility for the prize winners' and their guests' conduct or observance of local laws and regulations.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or incompletely received for any reason.
14. Prize winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
15. A list of the prize winners’ names and counties will be available after 01.10.09 by writing to ‘Doritos Dodgeball’ Century House, 100 Oxford Street, London W1D 1LN.
16. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances
18. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent. Where a participant opts in to receiving information from third parties, it is likely that the participant will be contacted by Doritos partners Virgin Atlantic and Planet Hollywood, at a later date, with details of special offers.
19. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By taking part in the Promotion you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
