This Portland Holidays prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over with a valid passport. The draw is not open to employees of World of TUI, associated companies, their agents or anyone else associated with this promotion.
Only one entry is allowed per person. Ineligible and multiple entries will not be entered into the prize draw. Entries will be accepted by completing the entry form on the Portland Explore micro site. Entrants must provide their name and email address when entering the draw.

Entry details will be used to inform you of the Promoter’s products and services as well as entry to this competition. For more information see our Privacy Policy at portlandholidays.co.uk and in our brochure. All entries must be received before the draw closes on 31st July 2009. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for late or lost entries for any reason. Winner will be notified within 28 days of the draw closing, via email.

The prize is a 7 night holiday for 2 adults staying at the Hotel Playa Pesquero (4+T) in Cuba, All Inclusive. Coach transfers to and from the hotel, in-flight meals, flight supplements and Standard travel insurance are also included in the prize. Departures are available on selected dates between 01 November 2009 & 30 April 2010 (excluding any school or bank holidays) subject to availability. Travel to and from the UK airport, spending money, passports and visas are the responsibility of the winners.

Portland reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative hotel or destination in the event that the Hotel Playa Pesquero (4+T) in Cuba is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter. Should the winners not be able to travel on the actual dates specified then they may nominate a friend or relative to take their place. The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No cash alternative is available. Original prize of a holiday to Cuba seems to have been replaced now by £1000 of vouchers. Same closing date of 31/07.
