After much debate and theoretical discussion by some of the country's leading economic experts, it was decided on here that the best way to fight recession is to 'stop talking the economy down' and call anyone who says otherwise a 'gloom and doom merchant'.
Other expert advice includes using the phrase 'nobody has a crystal ball' and pointing out that a couple in Macclesfield were thinking about looking in an estate agent's window at the weekend, (if the weather holds).
