How to fight against recession?

I have gone through many articles and yet not clear how to fight against this recession. Some people talks about savings, some talks about by increasing business, some talks about that 1.1trillion dollars will help.. But not getting some concrete ideas?

I wouldn't bother asking us lot. We probably couldn't organise a p*ss up at an alocholics anonymous meeting, so coming together to save the world economy may just be a bridge too far at the current time.

Dont fight it. Go with the flow. Its the economic equivalent of survival of the fittest... the global economy has had a major cut in its foodsource, IE credit and capital.

One thing is for sure. We need to turn population growth negative and massively decrease individual consumption.
