My building and contents renewal arrived and I was surprised to see it had gone up by over 40% and now included a £250 excess for water damage.
I know they are doing a £50 thank you offer and the website implies that existing customers can get it:D......But you can't.....not unless they re quote your policy and then deduct the £50.:rotfl:
In my case it came out at more than the first renewal :eek:
What a good example of customer disservice:rolleyes:
Needless to say I canceled from the renewal date
and have found a better deal already.:j

So you're complaining that they offered you a better price at renewal than you would have got as a new customer? Can't win really, can they?0

The offer is misleading.;) As an existing customer it implies that I can get a £50 thank you There is no mention of doing a re-quote.So you're complaining that they offered you a better price at renewal than you would have got as a new customer? Can't win really, can they?
They also increased my premium a lot and added an excess.---read o/p
As I said ...con...and no, they can't win when I can better the deal elsewhere.:D0
