Do you mean you've opened an INR dispute? NPS is a bit different. My TV is broken!

Mm not sure of the difference I opened a dispute on paypal as I hadnt recieved the goods after 2 weeks and the seller wasnt answering emails. They have not responded to the dispute so I have escalated it.
I wasnt sure if they automayically get reported to ebay or whether i need to report seperatly.
In my 5 years on ebay (3 selling) this is the first problem i've ever had. So i've been lucky0 -
The paypal dispute should be adequate. Feedback will be your chance to make an impact on their ebay account. Don't mention the PP dispute in the feedback though, and wait until you have your refund. My TV is broken!

Why not? Just wondering as I have seen others do this. Thanks very muck0 -
You're not permitted to mention paypal disputes, legal proceedings, police action, etc, in feedback. Doing so is grounds for removal. No point setting yourself up to have a neg cancelled out for no good reason. My TV is broken!
