have i got a chance

hi, i have sent a letter to my bank today asking for all my bank charges as martin lewis advises, do i qualify in the hardship category, i have been an unemployed single parent since the birth of my daughter 11 years ago , lately i have been struggling to pay for a taxi licence amongst other things to get out and back working and have been hammered with three bank charges in the last month for not having enough money to pay direct debits, i am really struggling and sick of the attitude of bank assistants on the phone, two years ago the bank gave me two bank charges in one week and took every penny of my benefits, they had no interest when i pleaded for them not to take it all at once and left me in one of the lowest points of my life, im determined to get my money back so have i any chance

Financial Hardship is part of the FSA Waiver so there is a 50/50 chance which is either yes or no. I would start the process
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
