How long does it take...

for eBay to refund fees, once the transactions been cancelled due to a non-paying bidder?

    What do you mean by cancelled? Have you gone through a full dispute and closed it chosing the option that you want to reclaim your FVFs and give the buyer a strike? If so the FVFs should already be showing back on your ebay account.

    Yes- that's what I'd meant. However- the fees were taken out of my bank account (set up to do it automatically) a couple of days ago and I only closed the dispute today, asking for FVFs back and striking the buyer. If payment had not been received for the items at the time they're ready to take out my fees, do they still take fees at that point?

    Sorry, it's the first time in over 100 transactions I've had to raise a dispute.

    Yes any fees that were payable will have been paid. The credit will go back into your ebay invoice/accounts and will show when you log in and check.
