leaving talk talk

leaving talk talk going to bt so that i can get o2 broadband. i am on the llu service do i still need mac code from talktalk or can i get one from bt?

    I think you will have to wait until your line is back with BT before you can even order O2 broadband, when your line is moved your broadband will cease with TT, so you will be without broadband for a few days.

    So in short I think a MAC is irrelevant as you will have no broadband when you order O2.

    May I ask your reasons for leaving TT, as I am considering both TT and O2 for BB, but dont know which to choose.

    One of the reasons for using O2 would be that you can change broadband supplier quite easily as your line remains with BT, once with a full LLU supplier you will struggle to change without some downtime.

    I use O2 and find the speed and service great.

    Hello there,

    Just to confirm ACDeag is spot on. You need to get your line back with BT then request your 02 broadband. It is not possible to generate a MAC on a full LLU service.
