Applied for a Credit Card

I applied for a credit card, and got a letter through that they needed more documentation from me. I just was curious that if I now decide at this stage not to proceed with getting the credit card, will this go against me, i.e. a bad credit score?
Many thanks.

Well they will have almost certainly credit checked you.
That's the worst that can happen though - you'll have a mark saying you were credit checked. While it doesn't help your credit score, it's certainly not going to give you a "bad credit score".You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.0
