Change from Sky Talk to Bt phone services

Hi I'm new to this site so please go easy BUT has anyone had problems changing from Sky Talk to BT ? ( Phone Calls Only)

I thought it had all gone through to find that after 1 month Sky transferred my phone calls back to them, can they do that without permission ?

Although I have contacted Sky nothing has been sorted out reference the billing from Sky Talk for the 2 months they transferred me back without any authorisation.

I now have no other items from sky and have all bt services.

Help Please

I had a bit of nightmare getting my calls back to BT. In the end I discovered that the best solution was to simply call BT and tell them you want to transfer your calls from Sky back to BT - call 0800 800 030 (or 0800 800 150 and ask for the Customer Options Team). Because of OfCom rules it's a very slow process (minimum ten days, even if you can prove Sky are in error) but BT switched me back with no hassle.
If you want compensation for Sky's error you'll have to complain to OfCom - ofcom.org.uk. Good luck!

Thanks for your help, have now contacted Ofcom.
Surprise surprise, BT have now cancelled their so called bill for £8.87p, & have promised a refund for last year when we should have not been with them either, Good Outcome
