Has anyone also had problems with mycarcheck.com. Am filing complaint against them.

Would love to hear from anyone who has had problems with this lot as they're incredibly rude and personally insulting when I called/emailed trying to recover my money that they deceptively charged me.

I just put in a request and had a check done, I chose the £3.95 option and all seemed ok. There was one thing though, they say on the front of their website that they carry out a finance check, in fact they do not. What they do offer is a downloadable purchase receipt that you get the vendor to sign which states among other things that there is no outstanding finance on the car.

Although this may be satisfactory they dont make this clear on the website. Ive heard other reports of this site being labelled a "scam". As long as I get charged the right amount im ok with the other checks Ive had carried out. However I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
