not sure if i should post on this thread or Pash's chat thread. went to a small branch of Boots today to take three items back, which i had receipts for. they would only give me a refund on one item (tongs) as they sold them in the shop. the other two items (easy4men wipes and danielle ryman nail care kit) they would not give me a refund on as they did not sell the product. i was furious and informed them i had took some glitter babe stuff back there a couple of weeks ago that i was over charged for (with a receipt). the girl was put on the spot and said that the policy had changed a couple of weeks ago. I said i did not believe her as i had took stuff back a couple of weeks ago and would be ringing head office. i did that as soon as i got home and the girl said that whether i had the receipt or not or whether the shop sold the item or not I was entitled to a refund or exchange. she then said she would send me a £10 gift card in the post and would speak to the manager at this particular branch. Having reflected on things I have took things back to this Boots twice in the last two months since I became a Boots tart! The shop is a small Boots branch but quite busy, although it does not have a AC machine. I will be making a point and going in again for a refund on these 2 items and if i have any hassell will be asking them to ring Head Office!Just about to give up!0
