Hope that is true, I have a sugar allergy and a bar of that chocolate would be nice as it is free.......doesn't taste the same as cadburys though. Be nice to think that people who genuinely 'needed' it wouldn't miss out because some people decided to be greedy
thanks for the tip off

anne15 wrote:Hi,
what reason can you give for returning these N07 sunpacks ?
I've got 2 and will not use one of them so it be good to swap for something else ?
thanks Anne
Mine was obviously unopened... Gave the excuse that I'd bought it for my sister but she'd already bought it for herself, and that it's something I would never use.some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it0 -
Anyone know the Farnborough store? Going there for the first time and wonder if they have anything to look out for?0

I tried to return this saying it was a gift i would never use as id bought ll my suncare for the year. The SA said - course you can use it - you cant buy anything else that works like these, its better than anything else. I replied saying 'really, still i have enough suncare to last the family a year so would like to exchange this for something i can use.' She then said 'not unless you bring back the other item that came free with it' I said 'there isnt anything else - this is all i had' she refused to help!!! I exchanged one at another store without a problem.
Anyway - i am using the 1 set now. Using it as directed to ee if it really is magical stuff!!!0 -
Thanks for this info. I run a Diabetic health support group, at the local hospital, so will be looking out for these!

I just received my Boots health vouchers in todays post.
There don't seem to be any really good deals but I did get a voucher for a free eye test so that alone was worth filling in the details for!Stopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110 -
Thanks to the OPs for the tips about 500 points on vitamins and the 200 points on Stay Dry.
My vitamins voucher didn't have a minimum spend so I got kiddies' vits (Bassetts Chewy), £1.75 (the strawberry flavour is the cheapest for some reason) x2, and a Boots Alternatives decongestant oil thingie at £1.99. Total spend 3.74 plus 500 points, woohoo!:j
And of course I couldn't resist the Stay Dry wipes that they paid me 1p to take away :rotfl: . Guess I could use them for something...:rotfl:
The best part was, I went to a really crabby old SA that went through my vouchers with a microscope (and poked around the bag to make sure I was buying the right stuff ), but as I knew they were fine I just gave her a huge smirk when she realised I got 700 points for a £5.73 spend. :rotfl: Oh, she wasn't very happy at all... :cool:0 -
Well i will certainly be asking about the diabetic packs. My mum is diabetic so the choc will be a good treat. I will of course leave my Dad in charge of rationing her, as sometimes she can be a bit naughty. . Thanks for the tip off much appreciated. Perscription collection is great, my docs is not on a direct bus route so lots of potential savings for us both there. As for the sun cream, if u need to return it, wait a while it's only just come off promo and some assistants are jobsworths. You could always try a different store.0

I have done in the past, but, it was over a year ago. Things might have changed by now."And crawling on the planet's face,
Some insects called the human race,
Lost in time, and lost in space,
And meaning"0
