For the parenting club book with the £16 voucher how many months should you be pregnats.
My friend is 8 weeks and i want her to join. But i don't want her to miss out on this voucher as she is pregnant.
Thanks.0 -
Earlier on in the thread it mentioned the AC machine giving out a voucher for 100 points on Boots Oil of Evening Primrose skincare but people have mentioned it didn't work on either the shower gel or handwash. Just wondered what the cheapest item was that it did work on.
Many thanks.0 -

Ragtimeplayer wrote:Can I ask, what have people been buying with their £5 skin care vouchers?
I had a quick look yesterday but could only find Time delay wipes at £4.00.
It might be helpful if people post what they have managed to get with their vouchers so we have a wider idea of whats available without spending too much money
The hand cream is £5.00 and is very good, the lip plumper is £7.50 and is good, though it does make your lips tingle! Think that face scrub, toner and cleanser are around or under the £5.00 mark too. Most of the face creams and eye brightener do leave a bit of a sheen on your face, so not so good if you are buying for a chap!
Edit: just to say that above all refers to Time Delay range!GC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£4000 -
With my £5 voucher I bought Simple Regeneration Plus Soothing Facial Wipes. Marked £5.99 on the shelf but when I took it to the counter it was £4.99, so it was free.
I got my voucher with a £48 purchase. I wish I'd had the cheek to ask for some more, or put my stuff through as several transactions, but I thought these vouchers would be as useless as the perfume ones. Hence I only got one. But they are pretty good vouchers!
Also, the Nair Easy Wax warm was down from 7.99 to 5.32. I really like this product for bikini waxing. It's easy to use and doesn't require fabric strips.
Gah! I just noticed my thanks counter has plummeted! Woe!'Everyone loves to read but it can be a real nuisance when you lose your place. Here's a solution. When you finish reading a page, just tear it out. You'll save money on bookmarks too!' -- Amanda's Handy Hints, Amanda Keller. :cool:0 -
pdoff wrote:the soltan self tan glitch didn't work at birstall boots - no signs up so picked tan wipe & moisturiser to try - scanned moisturiser but said no code on wipe so u can have that - very nice of her under normal circumstances!! told her i would forget it then as had heard moisturiser was reduced elsewhere. was there a bar code on your wipe mummysaver? i got the one that said it was £1.35 on the shelf. sa was very nice about it, will go to her again!
so topped up my orange phone & got 120 points (triple points on £10 spend) & £5 voucher so not complete waste of time!!
they were updating advantage cards too - she took house number & postcode & wrote on form so don't know what that's all about - did ask me which of those categories i wanted to save money on - she wouldn't tick them all though, did 4. picked up leaflets but not had chance to look yet. no vouchers on meal deals for signing up to anything today either.
oh well. points & voucher for topping up that needed to be done anyway is ok by me!
Hi pdoff! Sorry to hear that you didn't get your freebies.
My sachet had a code on it, in fact have just bought a couple more this morning for my mum, so def still working! It was £1.35 though, guess that someone had muddled free samples up with the normal stock in your store, or perhaps they were left overs from some earlier promo?
Think with the health club thing, you can only register for three of the things according to the website, and the lady I registered dh with yesterday would only let me choose three things. There's an earlier post on here that tells you the three you need to choose to get max vouchers, apparently you can get UP TO £100, but only if you get the right combo, of course if the combo doesn't include anything you are interested in, it wouldn't be worth getting those vouchers!GC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£4000 -
Lots of signs up about this in our local store, so guess it's national! Get boots own 2 cooling headache pads in blue sachet (value 50p according to receipt) free when you buy any headache tablets, with certain exceptions! Sadly doesn't work with 16p pack of paracetamol, but does work with boots own 16 paracetamol caplets 500mg that cost 39p. Useful if you need to restock the medicine box with paracetamol - it is bank hol after all!
The sachets were in a big cardboard bin by the headache tablets, with the promo on it, and exclusions listed on the bin itself!GC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£4000 -
