Just topped up my mobile in Boots as i only had £2 on there..i handed in two vouchers. One from the magazine 200 points and 100 points from the AC machine. The sales assistant didn't think the both vouchers would work!! but she tried it and i got 380 points added plus a text from 02 saying they have added £4 ontop from their promotion, not sure if i will get the £2 "Rewards" also on top and i got a £5 skincare voucher :)

I also used the 200 points on an 02 top up from the boots magazine and a 100 points from the AC machine today. I topped up 2 02 cards with £10 each.
Luckily I checked my receipt before leaving the store because the 200 points had not been added. SA said this was because I did 2 x £10 and not 1 x £20 top up. So I asked for a refund of one of the £10 so that I could make it a £20 top up, but boots say they are unable to refund top ups. Supervisor called and she authorised the 200 points.

So beware it looks as if it needs to be a £20 top up not 2 x£10 top ups to get the 200 extra points. But a great deal for anyone who does top up by £20.

    hya,

    advice needed please.

Got 2 DR hand care kits back in January in the TD/DR glitch & noticed one of them has 2 pots of hand creme in it instead of 1 hand creme, 1 hand mask.

Can I take it back without a receipt? As it is in effect faulty, will they insist on an immediate swap for another and refuse me a refund? ( I was giving it my mum as part of a mother's day pressie, but noticed too late)

    Thanks in advance

    Hi

I think you can only get an exchange if no receipt.

hi.. i know i am not a regular contributer to this thread, but. i just had to get it off my chest... the boots in morfa swansea....i used my £5.00 voucher off the no 7 fake tanning stuff which was £6.00 so in effect i would only pay £1.00 for 2 but at the check out the miss i am hollyier than thau, told me they were not bogof when i asked her to try it she said no, plus she went throught every point voucher checking everything.. so i told her to take it off my bill, and i would look for something else, so when i went back to the shelf, and there it was plain as day.. by this time she had come off the check out, so i went back to the till with a different check out operater, this time no problem, plus i had 2 reduced no7 mascaras with one £5.00 voucher.. i am going to boots in neath tomorrow, as today i had 2 lots of boots parenting club vouchers sent to me by mistake...
anyway what is the thing with the 19.50 sun care kits ? they are bogof, so in effect i can used my £16.00 voucher from the parenting book and only £3.50 for the two....
i know i'm moaning, but i'm still getting bargins and points on my card...i'm just hoping that all the sa's havent had a briefing about the point vouchers. as that what it looked like

    take care every one.....happy bootsing...............................

    Hi cooltrikerchick,

You were very lucky, as the No7 fake tanning range is not included in the BOGOF offer! It's only the No7 pre-holiday sun skincare, sun protection and after-sun items that are BOGOF. Did the SA put the discount through manually? Or maybe they didn't scan the second item through the till at all?

The parenting vouchers are programmed to give 1 No7 item free - I guess at the time of printing the most expensive single item was £16, but now the most expensive single item is the £24.50 suncare set which you will still get free ;) .

So does that mean anyone with the free no7 product parenting voucher would be able to get 2 No7 Holiday Solutions Firm-Your-Body Kit (as it is on BOGOF) a free mascara for spending over £10 and a lilac bag for £0? Or have I got it all wrong??

I still managed to print a Brita voucher from the AC machine today. Of course it would have been rude not to use it.

    Hi

You may be lucky and get both for free as others have using the voucher.
