Cashback card vs Stoozing

I'm new to this website today and I've been intrigued by the articles I've read.
Can someone offer me advice which is the better option, cashback card vs stoozing? Or are both at the same time a viable option?
I have never applied for a credit card before and have no current outstanding debt.
I looked at the Amex Platinum for the cashback option and the Sainsbury's Visa for the stoozing option.
Any advice would be most welcome.

I have an Egg Money card for normal spending. At 1% cashback, my £1,000 per month spend earns me £120 for the year.
By contrast, I make around £2K/year from my stoozing activities.
However, I note you mention the Sainsbury's card. With it's 0% on purchases, this is known as 'slow stoozing' and should make you more money than using a cashback card (except during the last 3 months of a 0% introductory period) - but nowhere near as much as 'fast stoozing' could make you.0 -
I have been stoozing for a while since learning about it on MSe, but what is FAST stoozing, please? I hope I haven't been missing out on something, I will be upset! :mad:0

Ooh, relief, thanks Yorkshire Boy, I did already know about it, just not able to do it personally so forgot about it's existence! Many thanks.0
