My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was 60. Now she's 97 years old and we don't know where the hell she is.

    Hiya Everyone

Been to Milton Keynes tonight and finished my Christmas shopping, never been known for me in December. What a joy i had yesterday trying to find Rhys the new ipad mini, everybody is sold out  and nobody has any dates when they will be receiving stock. Rang the Apple shop in Milton Keynes yesterday morning and they had six been delivered so i went on a mission and managed to get him one, it took me 25 mins to get there and they had three left when I arrived :). It brought back memories of searching for teletubbies for him years ago :A:A. Think it's time for my bed, it's freezing tonight. Take care Natalie

  • Hi all,

i hope i'm posting in the right place.

A recently successful PPI claim has made me think about a lot of things.

When i was sold my mortgage i was told it was absolutely compulsory to have Life Insurance. The broker told me this was a request of the bank

At the time i had no dependants.

So anyway, naive me just said "ok then, how much is it" and signed the contract.

it is only now that i think it could not have been compulsory, nor was i offered any options on what i could do.

    Any advice much appreciated.

thanks as always, you're all an amazing support.

  • Hi everyone,

    Hope you are all well.

Haven't been on for a while as I have been so busy this year, don't know where the time has gone.

My daughter got promoted in her job and has now got a permanent position at the hospital. She has also moved out and has got a flat not far from home, so really proud she is doing well.

I want to wish you all a very merry xmas and a happy 2013.

You are always in my thought's
