They were together a long time before that as well, mum was just 12 years old.:D

Aww I am so sorry about your mum, bless, and with mother's day coming up as well, it does make it more difficult to cope with, but yes, like you said though there are wonderful memories. Xxx

    Hi everyone.:D

    A busy week!

My oldest son had a lump removed from top of his arm, well almost on his shoulder 2 days ago (biopsy), although 3 opinions of a sebaceous cyst, the doc said it was standard procedure to sent it off for tests if done in docs clinic.

He had it done at our docs surgery though minor ops clinic, and has to go back next Tues to have the stitches taken out.
Apparently the doc said in all his years of being a doctor and doing this procedure (which is many years) it's the biggest one he has ever done and seen! my poor son.

I kept on for a very long time though to get it sorted, but he's not a baby anymore, it had taken a lot pf persuading.

 Your poor son Di, hope he is ok now, that is the problem with males of any age :D you have to handcuff them and frog march them to the docs to sort anything out :D
Hope your son is doing ok now x.

    Hi Di

I know how you feel , I hope your son will be ok, I had to take my son to hospital three weeks ago as he had a lump in his chest. He had an ultrasound, fine needle aspiration and blood tests them passed out at the surgeon's desk, it was the week from hell. Luckily the lump was benign and they think it will go of it's own accord. I have been having lots of tests myself and they have found I have a fatty liver, I am back to hospital next week to get the results from my blood. I am sick of the place at the moment.
Ahh well it is Mummy's day on Sunday I am looking forward to that and on Saturday it is my Auntie's Golden wedding anniversary, party time yippee, but strictly no alcohol for my liver haha :rotfl:

 What a week you have had, hope it goes ok for you and hope your son is feeling better now x.

    Thank you amersall.:A:A

LOL you can say that again, I told him if he had not kept leaving it, the chances are they would have been able to lance it, but it went on far too long and it went solid!

I have been changing the daily dressings, looks like it's healing well.;) Xxx

We are doing good Nat, thanks for asking :D

Have Skyped my Daughter and son in law in Oz since they went, they have only been gone 11 days  :) it seems like forever :D:D miss my Grandaughter most though, but it is a better life there with nice weather and double what they earn over here, they have some guts to take a huge step like that, but more power to them, they won't grow old with regrets and wish they had done this that and the other :D
Before you ask :p i won't fly :(:( but they will come over here to see their friends and family and Skype is like they are in the room with you and i will not make them feel guilty for going, they have their own life to live and i am not the kind of parent that puts myself first, they have made the right decision and i am pleased for them :D:D

Aww I feel for you amersall too.........it must be difficult for you, but thank goodness for today's technologies :T:T, we would be lost without it all now me thinks.

Hope they've settled down ok honey :A:A.

I was thinking about moving to OZ back a few years ago, we did not end up bothering obviously due to dad being so ill, so we not mentioned it since, if we move now it will be Cornwall.
We do have relatives in both OZ and the USA, in OZ they are all working farmers, maybe one day.......:j:j.

Happy Mother's day to you and all the other fab mum's on here too for Sunday!:A:A:A:A xxxxxxxxx
