Ill rant over wanting a smoke :mad: but its now been 11 days fag free and feeling so much better for it:D

And ill panic over the fact ive just joined a gym for 3 yrs to get a deal and have 3 stone to shift with crap will power and an allergy to anything resembling exercise:rotfl:
