I am sending away my very first claim to RBS today! Wish me luck folks! Does anyone know how long these things can take??

all the luck in the world to ya

it can now take up to 16 weeks but you should get a reply within a week or so to state they have the questionnaire, then its a case of sit tight and forget about it

thanks hun, its ok all sorted now, just a mad panic at first but as you say better my belongings at the bottom rather than me

Hi there, you give them 2 weeks for an aknowledgment,then they have 8 weeks to give you a response,this could be asking for more time,so if it is,then let them have it.

I have lots of printing off to do, my adjudicator I think is a whipper snapper and I'm more or less telling him what to do :eek:, I must admit I'm glad my case will be reviewed, just hope the ombudsman will see through this.

Hi Di, daughter fine, she goes on mat leave in 13 days :D
Then she will be here most of the time :eek:
Not bothered about that really :D:D she needs a rest bless her,she works in leeds and it is a long day what with the travelling and getting up at the crack of dawn:eek:

The solicitors she works for is giving her work to do at home and she will get paid this on top of her mat leave money,so that is good.

Cant wait to post that i am a nanna:D:D:j:j
