phoned Egg, end april to register my complaint, egg wrote back and included a questionnaire, i had to fill it out and return it by 12th may or the complaint would be closed. Right so you sent your complaint by recorded delivery, they received it by the 3rd May!
Hmm maybe a little too keen as its still early days:D LOL, but hey no harm in chasing them up to ask for updates.
I assume they will send you an acknowledgement letter in the post anyday, but give them another week - if you've not heard or received the above letter, give them a call.

Right my friends, I have heard from our lovely Gerry, she is ok, but have been poorly, I'm sure she won't mind me saying on here, because I did make her aware we're all worried.
