Not doing too bad thank you, feeling somewhat tired but unable to sleep yet until my youngest settles down, maybe he will settle down shortly.......if im lucky.:)

Yep you sure are one of the crazy gang of that there is no question :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: but its great. Lets face it we use less muscles for smiling than we do frowning or looking miserable.

Its a great thread and long may it continue.

i must admit, i did laugh, its quite an appropriate name
got the same offer again from Lloyds toady, thats the thrid offer for the same loan PPI, i wonder if they'll pay me 3 times :eek: that would be scarey

Hey Robbed I have another 2 ongoing with Lloyds, one from yr 2000 and the other 2001, not sure where I will stand due to them being older claims, and not much paperwork on them, just a few statements with the account numbers and what was paid a month, but still it was worthless to me like the other 4 loan ppi they upheld on, these 2 stuck with them at the mo though cos of the JR.

i claimed 2 from lloyds going that far back and it was amazing that when i listed the loan and ppi value they were able to tell me how many payments i had made and how much ppi was refunded on early settlement. ( so they still had the records)

either way they refunded me on both of them, so i think you will be ok with these, they may just take a little time due to the JR application.

i am doing ok at moment, just working bloody hard. Up in wales every week at the moment,

its quite funny how lloyds have agrred to refund and restructure the loan with only one payment left on it.
