Won court action for statute barred debt against con men debt collectors yesterday they admitted defeat and abanded case. I was delighted it’s a huge boost to your self esteem when you stick up for yourself and win against these Rogue Debt Collectors. Sheriff awarded expenses in my favour backdated till first court date Recall of decree. I’ve attended court 4 times and have special expenses hearing for next month. Yippee ………:j :j :j
