Yeah, it's roughly that. I was in the chair for 45 mins per root. Not too bad. Doesn't hurt one bit considering all the blood everywhere!
You could try some soft fruit if you run short of time?

The worse bit is actually keeping your mouth open for all that time, even though they use this clamp thing, but OMG, I couldn't wait to shut it (first time for me) lmao :rotfl::rotfl:, but no pain though.:T
