Tee hee hee, I must be honest hubby does a far better job than me, with him being not far off 6ft it helps, so the corners get done, actually he is a bit of a perfectionist as well.......:D.
Oh yes don't worry about that........:rotfl::rotfl::DlolThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Damn mobiles........., I'm not good with these at all, the last one I had I dropped down the toilet and this time I washed my jacket where I normally check the pockets and obviously did not this time.....I washed moby by accident and damaged it........I was looking everywhere for it and even rang the number from my house phone but.........:o yes of course its not going to work........silly me, and do need to get a battery to try it out.
Has anything similar ever happened to any of you and did it get better?:o
Honestly I don't think I should have one, its only pay as you go where normally only used for emergencies......The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Good morning Folks.
Hope your all well.
Checked out the weather forecast for this coming week, and it looks like more snow on the agenda for some of us again.......

My son starts his job tomorrow and it involves driving as well, so now I'm getting worried......., he has to drive from one job centre to the other in various areas on an appointment based system, to advise others, I told him to ask my inlaws if he could park where they live, its only down the road, where its all on the flat, where we are on top of a hill, think that would be wise.
We are still waiting for bin collections as well, been a few weeks now.The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Same here Di with the bin collections but I suppose its better they do not collect than the lorry slide and crush a person or someones car parked on the road.
As regards your mobile, you could try drying it out.... 30 mins in low heat in the tumble dryer should work .....you can get another for about a tenner if its only a basic mobile you want. Your sim card will probably be OK.
(just kidding of course)0 -

Hi Marshallka, and cheers.;)
Yeah I expect they have a huge backlog of collections, it will be going on to the 4th week now, but everyone in the same situation, well the ones who lives on hills I suppose.
Roads nice and clear now apart from on the mountains.
lmao:rotfl:, well actually I have had this old moby for a good few years now to be honest......its been dodgy for a while.
Jamie is going to dig one of his old ones out for me.:D;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Afternoon all! Hope everyone is ok. Have you all missed me?!
Had a great night last night. Went to a Frankie and Bennys and the food was excellent. The service was great as well. Unfortunately in the afternoon, I had a bit of a set to in Argos (long story) which resulted in the manager being called then him hiding behind a pillar! Still, it was another victory for consumer rights! :j:beer::j

Hi SD
Sounds like you've had an interesting but good time.:D
ARGOS, the same thing happened with us as well.
My youngest had an xbox game for xmas, the polythene wrapping still on it and when opened there was naff all in there apart from booklets......, trying to prove this though was not easy but hubby called the manager and he came running with another, hubby made him open it to make sure a disc was inside.:D
Glad you got your issues sorted with them.:TThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0
