I think it must have rained here the snow is getting washed away and the ice......thank goodness.
I have had a response for MSE Wendy about starting up a thread to tot up a running total for PPI reclaims over 2009 we could also start one for 2010, she has suggested that we just start a thread of our own or we could use DFW thread. Personally I think it would be found easier on PPI board. What do you think? Are you up for it?
Hope everyone is fit and healthy.

Hi DNPG. :j
Lucky you getting some rain to help you out. :T Bring some down this way if you could!
I think the thread would be a lot easier keeping it on here, but it is a good idea to see how much we have recovered.
Healthy, yes. Fit, I like to think so! :rotfl:All the time you're watching your back, you can never look forward...0 -

I think most of us have had dealings with the banks "umbrellas in the sun" brigade and kick you when your down ...charming.
I do also think we need to be as responsible as we can about our own finances and be more clued up, that why this site is so invaluable I think a lot of people have become very empowered because of the process of reclaiming. :T
Also reading DFW until people have their true lightbulb moment most people just want to keep getting loans etc to get them out of their predicamant and then get further in debt, been there. But there are a lot of people making money out of the vulnerable and even people who are pretty switched on I never trained in finance so have made many blunders... not helped by the professionals.0 -

You've hit the nail right on the head there. I seriously think they should teach money management within schools. Someone I know was forever getting into debt and he was getting letters left, right and centre from the debt collectors. He was only 18 at the time! His parents had to bail him out all the time. Then they put a deposit down for him for a house! :eek:All the time you're watching your back, you can never look forward...0 -
