Yay Di and your new medal!!!

Hope all is well with everyone - I'm overjoyed to say I've now lost 6 pounds in just under less than 3 weeks by eating healthily and just writing down all I eat and all I burn off. I'm overjoyed with how quickly it has all happened, so much so that even getting the 'we don't know when your case will be dealt with' from the FOS didn't peeve me off!

Funny how just a little move in the right direction can cheer me right up!!! Nah, things going well for me on a few fronts right now - money going not too badly so I'm back at the gym and not worryign about whether there's enough money to be a member next month (which was what stopped me from going before - I never focused on training because I never knew if I could afford it the following month, so what was the point?).

Funny reading abou ops - I'm sat here n new specs and can see for the first time in ages! Ha ha!!!

Have been really busy here with allotment and new bathroom fitted. Had a leak yesterday from one of the pipes through kitchen ceiling but not a big deal as have a stone floor.

House has been beseiged by plumbers, tilers and carpenters, swearing, endless cups of tea and loads of rude jokes and builders bottom. And that is just me.:o
