Just curious if its me that has noticed this. But it seems alot more sluggish that 2003. Outlokk 03 opened instantly, clicked on a link in email and opened as I say instantly. Outlook 07 sits doing nothing for 10 secs or so.

it's free (no, really free, nothing zippo, nowt, £0...), legal, secure (many think more secure..) and supports, as far as I can tell, all the things I wanna do that I used to do in microsoft office for ££££
Cheers & best wishes...

I have a dual core processor 4gb of memory and notice that Office 2007 is noticably slower/sluggish that 2003."See you on the Other Side"0

Have you installed all of the updates, including SP1, as there were numerous performance issues addressed in those..0

Office 2007 works well for me too, I might even go as far as saying perhaps a little faster than Office 2003. Like another poster said, Office 2007 SP1 is well worth installing and should speed up some of the apps.
Outlook 2007 is rather slow though, but I've heard that some of the performance issues will be resolved in SP2 which is being worked on at the moment.Lack of money is the root of all evil.
