Toto, which part of Canada are you off to, I've been to Calgary and we have family in the Rockies.
My parents are going in about 5 weeks and having a trip to Vegas I'm not jealous

Bookie we're all worried about you. I hope you've just gone off for a good bit of you time. It's awful when it seems the world is stacked against you isn't it. One thing after another. But you have loads of friends here and I hope you know how much we all care about you.

Hey wit, I'm going to Montreal. It's the only part of Canada I've been to, I'd love to see more of it but Hubby if from there so obviously his family are all there. God forbid we had a few days travelling away from them :rotfl:

my parents and 1 of my sisters are going to Canada in October. My dad is Canadian and they are visiting to do some sight seeing and meet some distant family my sister researched and found. It will be my Mum's first ever trip abroad and my Dad's first since 1971 when they realised he wasn't supposed to have a UK passport!! He's never bothered getting one since and it took almost a year to get a Canadian one recently - the red tape was just unbelievable.

Oh how we know the story of the candian passport saga. They have to be done every 5 years and the photo... omg we have to travel about 20 miles to find a photographer who can take the picture. Nightmare.
