Hi Miseter

I'm new to posting but have been "lurking" for a while now and would like to join your 20p savers club (actually have 5 x 20p which I have removed from my purse this evening - will be looking for a Smarties tube to put them in in the next day or so!).

Thanks for organising this - I am right behind you that the little change all adds up to big savings!

hi, i'm new to these forums and i'd like to join the 20p savers club too.

i started savings 20p's last january in a very large empty bottle of beer and when i banked them in november i had over £95. I've started saving them again and so far i have £25.40, it's amazing how quickly they accrue

last year i put the money towards christmas presents and i'll probably do the same again this year.

Managed to get one of the new smarties tubes. Not sure whether I love or hate the shape but at least they still taste the same.

Dug out all of my 20p's from my little jar of change and i've now got £2.20.

Yay! Just popped out and found some Smarties in the Tesco Metro round the corner...only downside was they cost 35p so no 20p in the change to start me off immediately. But have 5 x 20p waiting for me at home so will rush home tonight and pop them in the tube.

Not sure about the shape of the new tubes (first time I'd seen them)...but the Smarties still taste as good as ever so thats OK!
