This is a great idea! So I've just spent 39 pence of my hard earned cash on a tube of Smarties and my first 20p has gone in there! £15 here I come! :j

Please may I join too? I am going to be saving up for a few treats... firstly I'm going to save for a PC game - 'Zoo Tycoon' as I've had my eye on it for ages and I wanna new game! When I have saved enough for the game, I will change my signature to the next thing on my list, if that's ok? This is a great idea for saving up for smaller things... as my £2 coins are already spoken for!

I have £1.40 in 20p's so far, and I'm off to update my signature now.

Count me in. I have been in the £2 savers club for ages but never seem to get any, I've only got 2. However I always seem to get 20p's - Yipee! Off to edit my signature:-)

I think a £2 and 20p club is enough otherwise we will all be skint by Wednesday of each week I won't join the 20p club, i'll just stick with the £2 club as i want to see my money build up quicker with them because 5 of them and you have £10, to get £10 of 20p's you have to collect 50 of them :beer:

I could join them all, i've gone back to what i did when i was 'young' and a boy racer. I've stopped carrying cash and only carry note.
£1 & £2 coins go in a tin that you can't open without a tin opener and everything else goes in an ice bucket. They did go in a big whiskey jar till i kicked it over and smashed the granny out of it on Sunday

thanks i have got 20 members now and with a total of £112 pounds we r going rightly.. although scheming_gypsy has saved a majority of it (98.40) evryone has still started well
