I save any coins under 20p and every Tuesday I put them in our local credit union and since I started in January I've managed to save £76 all for my holiday. It is amazing how quick they add up.
  • Another one from the pub tonight, had a few more but they went on beer
EBay is the holy grail of Auction Sites, use it to clear your unwanted items and generate you some income to spend on whatever you want. Just don't get addicted like me :)

    20p Savers Club = £36.00 :j 1p, 2p & 5P TIN = £10.89 :T

I use recycled mayonnaise jars. Could anyone tell me what NCFC member is (from Ricki) - never heard of it?

I'm sorry but I don't know Janb5, the only thing that springs to mind is Norwich City FC lol, but hopefully somebody will be able to tell you :)

I haven't decided what I am saving for either !!

I think it will either go in a savings account or will go towards paying off a bit of a debt (every little helps an all that !) :p

If I can save £10 in the next 4 weeks I will pay it off the £53 debt and that will mean it is paid sooner !! Woo !! It would mean it would be paid by August rather than September !!

Do you all think this is "do-able" ??

WOOHOO!!, just counted my 20p's and was pleasantly surprised to see I now have £8.80...that grew overnight...(well not quite overnight, but felt like that...) I just wish I could count my £2 coins too but they are safely tucked away in my terramundi!!!! what a nice surprise that will be too.
Just off now to update sig....
